Return Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Products must remain in original packaging

  • Products must not show signs of wear, misuse, or alteration

  • Proof of purchase may be required

Returns requested outside of the return period may not be approved.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened or used.

These may include:

  • Beauty and personal care products

  • Hair care products

  • Oral care products including portable flossers

  • Wellness and hygiene products

  • Certain pet care products where applicable

Exceptions may apply if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos showing the issue

After review, we may offer:

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund when appropriate

Additional return shipping costs will not apply for approved damaged or incorrect items.

If a prepaid return label is provided, the return shipping amount may be deducted from the final refund when applicable.

Order Cancellations
